These terms govern your use of the FashionVibes app. By creating an account, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old to use FashionVibes.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Your content

You own the photos and content you upload. By uploading a closet photo, you grant us the license needed to process it (background removal, AI tagging, outfit generation) and to display it back to you within the app. We don't use your photos for anything beyond providing the app's features to you.

The FREE and Pro plans

FashionVibes offers a FREE plan with limited monthly outfit generations, closet uploads, and packing lists, and a paid Pro subscription with higher limits, described in the app.

Pro subscription terms

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose, at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirming purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
• If you believe you were charged in error, you can request a refund through Apple - we don't process payments or refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, don't try to abuse or overload the service, and don't use the app for anything unlawful. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FashionVibes is provided "as is." AI-generated outfit suggestions and style tags are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
